Visitors access control, DAccess Visitor

Visitor access control allows to increase security level and to split reponsibility between:

visitors
employees, who book the passes
employees, who issue single entrance passes
security guards which are collecting the pass from visitor on exit (or automatic turnstiles can be used for that feature)

Single entrance passes usually are compatible with permanent passes of employees, but may visually differ and be used numerous times. The visitor's name or just "Visitor" can be printed on the pass (plastic thermo cards allow printing numerous times on same card with erasing of previous print).

DAccess Visitor

The software is intended for visitor access control on enterprises with access control system (like Daccess). It supports procedures to book and issue single access passes for visitors, entry/exit control and report generation.

All data are stored on the server database. Any computer with connection to local network or internet can be used along with a standard web browser to work with the software. Data access is only allowed for authorized users with rights to book passes, checkpoint and security staff, management.

DAccess Visitor provides higher individual responsibility of employees as well as security level of enterprise. It is possible to look up into history of any visit and visitor statistics.
