Passes & vauchers
The system supports different contactless cards (including ones with reading distance of 10m) as well as tickets with bar codes. It is possible to add automatic cashiers and single entry ticket discounters so that it would be possible for resident companies or shopping malls to pay for their customers or supply discounts on parking.
Single entry tickets with bar code are released automatically when entering the parking lot. Bar code includes date and time of entry (it is also printed on the ticket). Before leaving that ticket needs to be paid and then used to leave the parking lot.
Permanent customer's contact less card is released by lot's operator and registered in system's data base.
Permanent customer's contact less card with limits for time of entry/exit is used the same way as usual customer's card, but with time control. If the entry time is wrong, customer is not allowed entry to the parking. If the exit time is wrong, customer needs to pay according to tariff for the card type before leaving.
Prepaid card is used for customers who use the parking regularly and don't want to lose time for payment on each use. Customer chooses when to pay certain amount of funds. After each use of the parking lot, charge is deducted from the card. When prepaid amount is used, customer can again choose to pay another sum.
Subscription cards for customer group are used for reguler use by the group of customers (companies). For example, if company has purchased 50 cards for 20 parking spots- in the same time there can be 20 cars of 50 present on the parking. System will block entry for companie's cars if the limit is already used.
Event card can be prepared and printed before the event itself. Card is meant for parking during public events and is only valid for particular time frame when it is not necessary to pay within event's time limit. If exit time is late, customer needs to pay for the overtime.
Employee's contact less card for use by parking's amployees. Card can have limits for certain days in different parking zones.
Parking operator's contact less card is only ID for operator can not be used for entering/leaving the parking.
