MODPARK & VISPA Systems

Car parkings management system MODPARK from ASYTEC is used for short term, long term and permanent customers parkings. MODPARK is secure and easy to use for car drivers and staff. It is easy to set it up on parkings of different sizes and complexity levels. MODPARK is using tickets with magnetic stripe, MODPARK BC- tickets with bar codes.

Terminal at the entry - dispenser issues short term tickets with encoded exit date and time, as well as checks permanent passes when entering carpark.

Terminal at the exit - validator checks ticket's exit date and time. If ticket has expired, barrier does not open, but on terminal screen is displayed message, that client has to pay an extra amount accordingly to tariff. Client may also contact operator through the intercom.

Barriers (2 to 6 metres) are equipped with long-lasting motors. Special sensor does not allow barrier to close whilst car is under it, but closes barrier as soon as car has passed.

Operator-cashier workplace is designed for payment for the single use tickets. Before exit client gives operator his single use ticket, which he has got from the dispenser. Operator reads that information, whilst system shows payment amount accordingly with the exit time/date, parking duration and tariff plan. After payment, client receives ticket, which shows time, before which it is necessary to leave. Information as well is encoded on the ticket and entered into the data base. If exit time is overdue, it is necessary to pay additional amount, and on the tickets will be printed and coded new exit time.

Sales receipt is printed by client's wish.System is as well equipped with special fiscal memory and printer, which is licensed accordingly to the law. At the administrator's request, after special password is entered, system can prepare payments' report at any given moment.

Parking management program РР-20/50 allows to control devices, which are connected to the system, to control amount of free spaces and receive detailed information about payments and other events in the system. Program has user friendly interface, as well as a set of statistical reports on car park operation.

VISPA - Video Identification and Registration Systems for Car Park Management Systems

VISPA system is further development of MODPARK and implements the following applications:

Car parks without tickets
Traffic and access control
Visitors control systems
Paid thoroughfare systems
License plate recognition systems

Two system types are available:

VIR – Video registration: event's image. VIR system records images from standard surveillance cameras. Images are stored and forwarded to the specialized program. Stored images might as well be recognized by the operator.
VIS – Video identification: evaluation of the image. VIS system is a logical extension of the VIR system. It is used for automated license plate recognition, as well as for detection and recognition of colors and forms.
