Visitor access control allows to increase security level and to register information related to the visit:

• visitor itself;
• employee, who requested the pass;
• employee, who issued single entrance pass;
• security guard who collected the pass/marked end of visit (if there are no turnstiles with that feature).

 Single entrance passes usually are compatible with permanent RFID passes of employees, but may visually differ and be used numerous times. The text "Visitor" or visitor's name can be printed on the pass (plastic thermo cards allow printing numerous times on same card with erasing of previous print).

DAccess Visitor

The software is intended for the visitor access control to companies with dAccess control system. It supports procedures to book and issue single access passes for visitors, the entry/exit control and report generation.

All data are stored in the server database. Any computer with connection to the local network or internet can be used along with a standard web browser to work with the software. The data access is allowed only for authorized users with the rights to book and issue passes, for checkpoint/security staff and the management.

DAccess Visitor provides a higher security level of the company and individual responsibility of employees. It is possible to look up into the history of any visit and visitor's statistics.
